We started from scratch designing, redesigning, and perfecting our cupcakes specifically for left-handed people. We use only the finest ingredients to create a truly marvelous confectionary that fits in your left hand like it was designed for it... because it was!

We've found that using all-purpose flour leaves too many purposes as by-products. We filter the unnecessary purposes out, leaving only one:

Farm-to-Cupcake Eggs

We ensure that the eggs used in our cupcakes are as fresh as possible, from free-range chickens with a minimum of a master's degree in economics.

Unicorn Horn

While unicorns are rare, no ingredient is too good for our cupcakes. The powdered unicorn horn is gently folded into the batter as one of the final steps before baking.

Rowland Elmebrigge

Master Chef

Rowland trained at the prestigious CIA (Culinary Institute of America) after accidentally enlisting and serving for two years in the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency).

He draws the inspiration for his cupcakes from the latter experience.

Amber Ashley

Social Media Director

Amber brings her considerable talents in both selfie taking and hash-tagging to bear while managing Left-Handed Cupcakes' social media presence. She also personally licks each cupcake before shipping to ensure that only quality products leave the bakery.
